Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Once an order has been processed, manufactured, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
The order is cancelled before processing or dispatch.
The product received is damaged during transit.
An incorrect product is delivered.
The product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect.
Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
The amount is generally credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, depending on the policies of the customer's bank or payment service provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted for:
Customized or personalized jewellery.
Engraved products.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Requests made after the specified reporting period.
Return Request will be only accepted within 2 days of delivery.
We dont accpect any exchange or replacement.
